Effective Date: August 04, 2023

Consulting & management services:  All consulting, management, and prepaid services are non-refundable. Payment is for the service(s) performed and not for any specific result. Results are variable and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment for further services needed to achieve desired results.

Credits:  Prepaid service credits and accumulated funds are non-transferable. Credit from prepaid services or accumulated funds may be applied toward other services at DocDive’s sole discretion. 

Gift Cards:  Gift cards can be used towards any product or service. Gift cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Cancellations:  Please provide at least a minimum of 15 days or the length of time specified in your service contract, notice, which ever longest before your billing date for cancellations. Failure to provide the adequate notice and no-shows may result in a nonrefundable cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by service.

Arrivals:  Please arrive for your appointment on time to ensure sufficient time for your consulting session.

Products: Returns of any DocDive products are not accepted under any circumstance.
